AVATAR 3D & HAPPY NEW YEAR

I've seen Avatar twice now. First time was the normal version however today I saw the 3D version. WOW. I already loved it but the 3D (although only slightly lifting the experience compared to the normal version) was fantastic, honestly... just amazing! Hands down the best film I saw to come out of 2009, everyone and I mean everyone should go and see it! Even if you're not a sci-fi or fantasy film fan, this one will reel you in and pull you down to enjoy it. It's the BEST of 2009, and I saw a lot of film's that year! On the top of my list are: Wall-E, Up, Knowing, The Day the Earth Stood Still, The Hangover, Terminator: Salvation, Twilight: New Moon and 2012.. but Avatar is at the top of that top-list. For me, Avatar oozes adventure, imagination, creativity, moving story-telling (emotionally & physically), beautiful imagery and most of all, amazing acting. Especially from our own Australian actor, Sam Worthington, he's definitely one to watch. Yeah, he's Australian. Already, I loved film's that James Cameron made... Titanic being the top.. but this is just really, pretty much, setting a new benchmark for film-making. And at the entire 500 million dollars they spent making it, I'd (and they'd) want to hope so!

Another film I'd love to see is The Lovely Bones, I recently saw the trailer and WOW, it looks pretty good. I must say, Peter Jackson, is another great film-maker.. and we have the Lord of the Rings trilogy as evidence. Just goes to show, those money-making debut film's these director's are creating aren't just one trick wonders. They seem to know a good story when they think of one, or hear one. Creativity is a beautiful thing. Now going onto New Years, I had a good New Year's Eve, it was pretty epic. In all forms of the word. My friends and I went to a club and danced the night away, there was also a bubble machine which was pretty cool, and some new DJ's playing. How was everyone else's NYE? The following photo is from my NYE, it was while I was dancing infront of the bubble machine & DJ. I wore a silk electric blue dress, I had curls in my hair and black high heels on, it was a FUN night on the dancefloor with the music going.

I added some new song's up onto the radio.blog too, including Lady GaGa's new song 'Bad Romance' and Rihanna's 'Russian Roulette', enjoy! I hope to add plenty more newer ones soon, including some awesome danceclub remixes that I've heard lately. Now that the silly season is over, everything, well almost everything.. is back to normal. Including work. Work; it has been good lately, the days fly by and I find myself in and out of there. The way we like it, huh? I wish it was always like that, haha. Oh another thing I have been doing alot, is shopping, lol. I recently bought myself a new desktop... this time it's a MAC! Finally, haha. I have always heard about how good they're, so now I just got one and I'm currently waiting on it's arrival. I'm excited! I have always wanted to try one out and this one I got is a late 2009 model, it's going to be very fast. Again, the way I like it. Hehe. I hope everyone had a safe, happy and fun Christmas & NY.
